VINYL DIPPING AND COATING
Vinyl plastisol are a vinyl-containing plastisol base that can be formed around a mandrel. Following heat curing, it forms a finished part or coating that is attractive and durable.

Dipped vinyl parts entail little-or-no tooling and are a great molding alternative wherever dip forming is appropriate for creating a finished part or assembly.
Part pricing below that of injection molding is not uncommon for vinyl
plastisol components.
