VINYL DIPPING AND COATING
Vinyl plastisol are a vinyl-containing plastisol base that can be formed around a mandrel. Following heat curing, it forms a finished part or coating that is attractive and durable.

TOOL$AVER "CERTIFIED"
Dipped vinyl parts entail little-or-no tooling and are a great molding alternative wherever dip forming is appropriate for creating a finished part or assembly.

Part pricing below that of injection molding is not uncommon for vinyl plastisol components.

Dipped vinyl is an excellent alternative to molding. Tooling is inexpensive, sometimes not even required.
