Not just great speed but the most versatile choices you can find in the
industry.
Tool$aver rapid injection molding or 3-D printing. Seamless transition
to production means the shortest lead time and least tooling expense.
It's what we do best. For plastics and rubber we offer rapid injection molding for the best option
for real-world evaluation and testing. For rigid plastics, cut time and
cost even further with the outstanding 3-D printing capabilities afforded
by the Dimension® 1900 3-D printer.
On-site tooling. Our modern, on-site tool room builds molds exclusively using state-of-the-art
CNC, EDM, CAD-CAM and supporting equipment. No outsourcing of time critical
work.
No soft metals. For injection molded prototypes, we work almost exclusively in A-2 and equivalent tool steel cavities. Just as economical as aluminum, and bridge tooling is seldom required for short-to-medium runs, giving you improved speed, economics and reduced time to production.
Seamless. We can incorporate prototype mold components into the production mold for
additional cost savings, usually in the form of a credit against the cost
of the production mold.
Secondary ops. Machining, assembly, printing and packaging. We'll get you as close to a production-ready part as you can possibly get.
All drawing formats. 2-D or 3-D CAD? Hand sketch? Something in between? No problem! We accept
all drawing formats.

SEAMLESS TRANSITION TO PRODUCTION
Because we use materials and data generated during prototyping, we offer
the shortest time and lowest cost to actual production.
Prototypes
For prototyping rigid plastics, the Dimension 1900 3-D printer delivers
quality ABS prototypes in only 2-5 working days. It requires no tooling
and pricing begins at only $250.
For real world testing and evaluation, nothing beats actual injection molding
for BOTH flexible and rigid plastics as well as rubber.
