With few exceptions the custom molding tooling we provide for production carries a warranty for the life of your purchasing provided you purchase parts from the mold at least once in any 12 month period.

This means you'll never outlay a dime for maintenance or tooling replacement. If the mold ever requires replacement, we will provide replacement tooling at no charge to you.

The warranty applies to production tooling produced to run at our plants in either Aberdeen, SD or Alton, IA.

The warranty doesn't apply to goods other than custom molded goods, nor does it apply to prototype tooling. It also doesn't apply to tooling and parts from one of our contractors.

Consigned tooling

When you supply the tooling, once we have received and accepted the tooling for production at either Aberdeen, SD or Alton, IA, we will maintain your tooling at no charge and the replacement warranty described above also applies.

We accept tooling in good condition for both plastics and rubber. Normally we will provide you with a quotation to convert an existing compression or transfer mold to a more efficient injecton mold, often with savings on the part unit price.

The same requirement applies; that is, for the warranty to remain in effect you must purchase parts at least once in any 12 month period.
